Herantis Pharma Plc (“Herantis”) has, on 9 October 2025, received a notification from Timo Syrjälä in accordance with chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Market Act. According to the notification, holdings of Timo Syrjälä in Herantis have fallen below the level of 5 per cent, as a result of share transactions concluded on 8 October 2025.
