This strategic move aims to safeguard liquidity and strengthen the company’s financial position despite the perceived long-term value of BVI technology. The restructuring includes significant personnel reductions and consolidation of operations, as well as a new order that helps stabilize the segment financially.   Personnel in the BVI segment will be reduced by approximately two-thirds, leaving about 25 employees in the organization.   One-time restructuring costs are estimated at $0.7 million and will be recorded in the first quarter of 2026.   BVI operations will be consolidated into the Dallas location, and operations in Ontario and Kelowna will be phased out by March 2026.   Hexagon Purus received an order from Hino for 14 battery electric trucks, with delivery expected in late Q2 / early Q3 of 2026.   Preliminary Q4 2025 figures show revenue of approximately NOK 468 million, cash reserves of NOK 322 million, and an order backlog of NOK 728 million.
