Hunter Group ASA is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has
appointed Erik M Mathiesen as permanent Chief Executive Officer of the Company,
effective from 1 October 2026.
Erik M Mathiesen has served as interim CEO since 29 April 2026.

permanent CEO. Mathiesen has demonstrated strong leadership during the interim
period, and we look forward to continuing the development of Hunter Group ASA
under his leadership" says Morten Astrup, Chair of the Board of Hunter Group
