Under the agreement, the Company may draw loans of up to NOK 5.0 million in total, of which up to NOK 3.0 million from Galileo Ventures AS. The loan agreement has a term of up to 12 months. Disbursements under the loan agreement are subject to certain agreed conditions. Since Galileo Ventures AS is a related party to the Company.
