As previously announced, Nordnet repurchased in May 2025 a total of 837,210 warrants issued under the company's warrant programme 2022/2025 against payment in the form of 308,385 newly issued ordinary shares. Furthermore, in May 2025, Nordnet issued 2,134,265 new class C shares, entitling the holder to one-tenth (1/10) of a vote, under the company's incentive programme 2025. The total number of shares in Nordnet has thus increased by 2,442,650 and the total number of votes has increased by 521,811.5.Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 252,282,084 shares in the company, divided into 250,147,819 ordinary shares and 2,134,265 class C shares, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 250,361,245.5.
