Increased number of shares and votes in Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ)
Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) (“Wästbygg Gruppen” or the “Company”) has, as previously announced, carried out a fully secured rights issue of new Class A Shares and Class B Shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”). The Rights Issue has resulted in changes in the number of Class A Shares and Class B Shares as well as the number of votes in Wästbygg Gruppen as follows.
Prior to the Rights Issue, the total number of shares in the Company amounted to 32,340,165 (of which 620,000 Class A Shares and 31,720,165 Class B Shares). The total number of votes in the Company amounted to 37,920,165 (of which 6,200,000 pertained to the Class A Shares and 31,720,165 pertained to the Class B Shares).
In connection with the Rights Issue, the number of Class A Shares in the Company increased by 372,000, the number of Class B Shares by 19,032,099 and the number of votes by 22,752,099.
Following the Rights Issue, and as of 31 March 2025, the total number of shares in the Company amounts to 51,744,264 (of which 992,000 Class A Shares and 50,752,264 Class B Shares). The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 60,672,264 (of which 9,920,000 pertain to the Class A Shares and 50,752,264 pertain to the Class B Shares).
