The traditional update on community metrics now that the quarter has changed.  Q1 2026.  Accelerated growth can be observed on the forum.    It seems that only I and the employees will attend the Annual General Meeting. The remaining few private shareholders are probably after NOHO’s real dividends.    Growth on YouTube might be slowing down a bit. Although @Verneri_Pulkkinen seemed to say that, due to algorithms, viewership is no longer as dependent on followers. I haven’t been monitoring this data myself.      A slight, perhaps even surprising, pick-up on Facebook.      Other social media is a bit quieter. Growth has slowed down especially on Instagram and TikTok.

Thanks for your good thoughts on incentive systems! It’s a fascinating world to consider what kind of system guides a company to its best success and leads to a reasonable distribution of future value among all stakeholders in the same boat. From the start, we’ve had pretty aggressive ownership-based models in place for key roles, but perhaps more decentralized than usual, meaning people have been able to broadly participate in ownership (depending a bit on their willingness to take risks). I believe this is one of many elements without which the “startup to IPO” journey wouldn’t have been possible. And even on that journey, we also had external owners enabling success (Taaleri), who also received a fair return on their investment. Now, at a completely different scale, in a new stage of development, and as a public company, we’ve had to build systems suitable for the next phase. An organizational model without a clearly defined management team adds its own dimension to this. I see it as a strength that we can essentially include anyone who demonstrates leadership and drives strategically crucial matters forward. We also considered other performance metrics linked to the internationalization strategy in addition to TSR, but simplicity is usually beautiful in these cases. TSR is good because it distributes created value. Of course, it’s not without its problems either. The reward is an ownership stake in a strong company. The link to the strategy was made by including only roles with a connection to the internationalization strategy in this LTI program. This is primarily a very powerful tool to make the company international. It’s difficult to achieve high goals without succeeding in this.  This uses a standard model, i.e., the volume-weighted average price over a certain period. Inderes General Meeting Services will develop the service in 2027 by launching children’s ballot papers for shareholders under 18 years of age.  The new ballot paper model is fully compliant with the law and enables the exercise of voting rights, provided that registration has been duly completed and guardians’ proxies have been taken into account.  This innovation promotes popular capitalism and ensures that the future generation of investors learns early on that general meetings can also be colorful and joyful.
