Lemonsoft Oyj | Inside Information | October 20, 2026 at 16:05:00 EEST

Lemonsoft Oyj has decided to initiate change negotiations in accordance with the Cooperation Act.

The objective of the negotiations is to secure the company’s long-term profitable growth and competitiveness in an operating environment where customer expectations, the competitive landscape and ways of working are changing rapidly. The company is assessing its organisational structure and the allocation of its resources in line with its strategic priorities. These priorities include strengthening commercial operations and customer relationship development, particularly in core industries, as well as renewing the organisation’s ways of working with new, more efficient tools. The change negotiations are estimated to have an impact of approximately EUR 0.5 million on the company’s annual costs.

The negotiations cover the personnel of the Group’s parent company, Lemonsoft Oyj. Lemonsoft estimates that the need to reduce personnel is at most nine employees. In addition, the negotiations will assess possible reorganisations of tasks and the organisational structure, which may also result in new positions within the company. About 134 employees in Finland are included in the change negotiations, and the Lemonsoft Group employs a total of about 183 people.
