Invitation to Capital Markets Event for Coffee Stain Group

Embracer Group AB invites investors, analysts, and media to the Capital Markets Event for Coffee Stain Group AB (“Coffee Stain”) ahead of its listing on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm as a separate company. The event will be available exclusively via webcast on November 17, 2025.

The Capital Markets Event for Coffee Stain, a game developer and publisher with a history of creating engaging and successful titles across a range of genres, will provide an overview of the company. The event will showcase the portfolio of games, introduce the studios behind the games, explain Coffee Stain’s operating model, outline future growth opportunities, and share insights on the financial profile.

Following the presentation, there will be a live Q&A session. Questions can be submitted via the online message board or through the telephone conference. The event will be conducted in English. For those unable to join the live webcast, an on-demand version will be available afterwards.
