Kamux Corporation’s financial reporting and AGM in 2027

Publication schedule for Kamux Corporation’s financial reporting in 2027 is as follows:

The Annual Report for 2026 including Financial Statements will be published on the week commencing March 15, 2027. Due to the changes in the sustainability reporting regulation, Kamux is not required to publish a sustainability statement in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) for 2026. The company will publish a voluntary sustainability review in conjunction with the annual report.

The Annual General Meeting of Kamux Corporation is scheduled to be held on April 14, 2027. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM at a later date. A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors on March 4, 2027, at the latest.
