Kesla Expands its Tractor Equipment Range with the New KESLA 145 Forest Trailer

Kesla is proud to introduce the new KESLA 145 forest trailer, a versatile and robust addition to its tractor equipment portfolio. Positioned between smaller and larger solutions in the range, the KESLA 145 offers forestry professionals and farm forest owners an efficient, reliable and cost-effective timber transport solution for a wide variety of operations.

The new KESLA 145 has been developed in response to growing market demand for a trailer that combines the productivity and durability associated with larger professional machines with the agility and accessibility required in smaller-scale forestry operations. As the little sibling of the popular KESLA 165, the new model brings many of the proven KESLA design principles into a more compact size class.

"Many customers have been looking for a trailer that offers a higher payload and professional-grade construction while remaining easy to operate with medium-sized tractors," says Aappo Hyttinen, Product Manager, Tractor Equipment at Kesla. "The KESLA 145 is our answer to this need."

Designed for demanding forestry conditions, the KESLA 145 combines durability, stability and ease of use. Key features include:

  • robust chassis construction designed for long service life,
  • optimized load space for efficient timber transport,
  • excellent stability and maneuverability in varying terrain,
  • easy maintenance and practical everyday usability,
  • enhanced nave wheel drive for improved performance in demanding conditions.

Throughout the development process, Kesla worked closely with local Finnish forestry customers to ensure the trailer meets real-life operational requirements. Prototype units have undergone extensive testing in practical forest work, providing valuable feedback that has helped fine-tune the final product before market introduction.

"The feedback from our test users has been extremely positive," continues Hyttinen. "Customers especially appreciated the trailer's stability, ease of operation and overall suitability for everyday forestry work."

The official premiere of the KESLA 145 takes place at FinnMETKO 2026 on 3.-.5.9.2026, where visitors will be able to see the machine on display together with the KESLA 325T loader and Valtra T175 tractor and discuss its features with Kesla’s experts. Sales of the product will begin later in autumn 2026, and it will be available across all Kesla market areas through Kesla's dealer network.

Despite the previously announced tractor equipment product group divestment process, Kesla continues to operate and serve customers in the tractor equipment segment normally. Product development, sales, after-sales services and customer support remain unchanged during the process.

The launch of the new KESLA 145 is a clear example of Kesla's ongoing commitment to providing innovative and reliable solutions for forestry professionals around the world.
