Kongsberg Automotive (KA)'s electric gear shift and park lock actuator comes with an automatic return to park feature, which allows the vehicle to be parked in a safe mode if the vehicle loses electric power. The six-year contract for a leading passenger car OEM will start production in 2026 and will be produced and supplied by KA's Wuxi, China plants. "The contract is a significant milestone in our strategic direction to grow our electric actuator business globally.
