<div class="abstract">Kojamo plc Stock Exchange Release, 13 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EEST</div>Composition of Kojamo plc's Shareholders' Nomination BoardKojamo plc's three largest shareholders have nominated the following members to the Shareholders' Nomination Board:<ul><li>Christian Fladeland, CIO, Heimstaden AB</li><li>Jouko Pölönen, CEO, Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company</li><li>Risto Murto, CEO, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company</li></ul>In addition, the Chairman of Kojamo's Board of Directors, will serve as the Nomination Board's expert member.The right to nominate representatives is vested with the three shareholders of the Company having the largest share of the votes represented by all the shares in the Company annually on the first workday of September.
