Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) announces resignations of executive directors
Today on February 16, 2021, Kollect on Demand Holding AB (publ) (“Kollect” or the “Company”) announces that John Hegarty and Robbie Skuse have stepped down from the Board of Directors effective 15 February.
Both executives will continue in their operational roles and are solely focused on delivering on their targets for BIGbin and Kollect UK respectively.
The Company is starting the process of identifying and selecting new directors to propose to the shareholders at the AGM later in the year.
John O’Connor CEO of Kollect, said: “My two Co-Founders have served on the Board of Kollect for over five years and were instrumental in our growth to date and listing on the Nasdaq First North in 2019. In this time, we have seen the Company grow from just the three of us to 50 employees. I would like to thank John and Robbie for their outstanding contributions to the Board during their tenures.”
