Lehto Group operates in the construction industry. The Group offers solutions in the construction and design of buildings. The company is active in the entire value chain, from planning to construction of larger offices, logistics, and senior housing. Other services include renovation and the customers mainly consist of public actors in health and care. The head office is located in Kempele.

Does anyone still remember this electricity storage company? Remember or not, Lehto remembers with a half-year review. In this ramp-up phase, H1 2025 revenue 0.4 MEUR, loss 1.7 MEUR. Stock exchange trading is planned for First North, only in H1 2026.  Lehto has previously announced its intention to transfer the trading venue for its shares from Nasdaq Helsinki’s main market (main list) to the First North Growth Market. Contrary to what was previously announced, Lehto estimates that the transfer of the trading venue for its shares will not take place by the end of 2025, but only in the first half of 2026, when trading in the shares would also commence. Admitting the shares for trading on the First North Growth Market requires the preparation of a company description and approval from Nasdaq Helsinki. Currently, trading in the shares is suspended. The goal of the restructuring program is, among other things, to enable the company to start its energy construction business. Lehto Group Plc announced on May 9, 2019 that it will start adjustments measures to meet the balance between factory production capacity and short-term demand. Due to that, the company started employee cooperation negotiations which, according to the preliminary view, were expected to involve significant changes in personnel's tasks or a reduction of personnel up to 70 man-years.The employee cooperation negotiations are completed. As a result of the negotiations, the company will terminate 51 employments and temporarily lay off 53 employments. In autumn 2019 additional 30 employees are expected to be laid off.
