Lemonsoft strengthens its management team

Lemonsoft Oyj strengthens its management team as of 9 February 2026. Reeti Saarinen has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the management team.
As Chief Operating Officer, Saarinen is responsible for the operational leadership of Lemonsoft Group’s subsidiaries at the group level. His responsibilities include improving the Group’s operational efficiency and operating models, as well as supporting post-acquisition integration work.
Saarinen joins Lemonsoft from Korona Invest, where he previously served as a Partner. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Investment Director at Sentica Partners and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in London and Danske Bank in Helsinki. Saarinen holds a Master of Science in Economics from Aalto University School of Business.
