<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><a href="https://lifco.se/" rel="noopener"><strong>Lifco</strong></a><strong> har tecknat avtal om att förvärva samtliga aktier i det tyska bolaget Hega Medical GmbH. Hega Medical tillverkar produkter för rengöring av medicinsk utrustning för laboratorier, kliniker och sjukhus.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Hega Medical omsatte cirka 1,6 MEUR 2025. Bolaget är baserat i München, Tyskland och har tio anställda. Hega Medical kommer att konsolideras i affärsområdet Dental.
