Lipidor AB ("Lipidor" or the "Company") invites to digital investor presentations with the opportunity to ask questions regarding the ongoing rights issue of units consisting of new shares and warrants, which were announced through a press release on 10 April 2024 (the "Rights Issue" ). The presentations will be held on Friday 31 May 2024 at 12.00 CEST and on Monday 3 June 2024 at 18.00 CEST.

Because of the Rights Issue, Lipidor invites to digital investor presentations with the Company’s CEO Ola Holmlund with the opportunity to ask questions.
