Alf Göransson has informed the Nomination Committee that he declines re-election as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loomis AB but remains available as an ordinary member. The Nomination Committee intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2025 that the current Board member Lars Blecko is elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Loomis and that Alf Göransson is elected as an ordinary member of the Board.&nbsp;Alf Göransson has been a member of the Board of Loomis since 2007 and its Chairman since 2009.&nbsp;Lars Blecko has been a member of the Board of Loomis since 2019 and prior to that, among other things, President and CEO of Loomis.
