Regulatory press release

Magnora ASA: Capital Distribution

Magnora

24.10.2023 09:02:49 CEST | Magnora ASA | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state

On 5 June 2023, Magnora's Board of Directors authorised a cash distribution of NOK 50,000,000 (total annual number) corresponding to NOK 0.748 per share. This corresponds to NOK 0.187 per share each quarter.

On 24 October, the Board of Directors held a board meeting to authorise the quarterly cash distribution. The Board authorised a payment of NOK 0.187 per share. The cash distribution is based on the Group’s annual accounts for 2022 and was authorised by the AGM held on 25 April 2023.

The size of the cash distribution will be considered each quarter. Magnora's ambition is to increase this quarterly distribution in line with the growth of the company. If deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, the quarterly review will also consider special distributions on top of the regular distribution.

The cash distribution is a repayment of paid-in capital in excess of the par value of the Magnora share.
