Hilde Ådland controls 62,445 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.09 per cent
of the issued shares and votes in the company, after the private placement
completed on the same day.
Stein Bjørnstad, COO in Magnora ASA, has purchased 10,000 shares in Magnora ASA
on 5 May 2026 at NOK 29.00 per share. Following this acquisition, Stein
Bjørnstad controls 46,685 shares in Magnora ASA, which equals 0.06 per cent of
the issued shares and votes in the company, after the private placement
completed on the same day.
