In tranche 2 of the private placement includes 1,642,363 shares.<br>&nbsp;<br>IDEX discloses the following information on behalf of primary insider.<br>&nbsp;<br>Pinchcliffe AS, a company closely related to CEO and CFO Anders Storbråten, subscribed to 616,667 shares at NOK 3.00 per share.
