Member of the Board of Directors of Mandatum plc, Herman Korsgaard, has today informed the company that he will step down from the Board of Directors. The change becomes effective immediately.
Herman Korsgaard has served as the nominated representative of Altor Fund Manager AB ("Altor") on Mandatum's Board of Directors since 2024. On 17 August 2026, Altor announced that it had sold its entire shareholding in Mandatum. As a result, Korsgaard has decided to leave Mandatum's Board of Directors.
Following the change, Mandatum's Board of Directors will consist of seven members. Following Korsgaard's resignation, Mandatum's Board of Directors has appointed Kimmo Laaksonen from among its members as a member of Mandatum's Audit Committee.
