<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Company announces that Markus Jönsson today has taken office as CEO after acting CEO, Magnus Henell.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>As communicated by the Company in a press release on&nbsp;May 16th 2024, former CEO,&nbsp;Philip Chaabane formally stepped down as CEO and was replaced by, Magnus Henell as acting CEO.</p><p>On July 1st, the Company could communicate that Markus Jönsson had been appointed new CEO of I-Tech AB.&nbsp;</p><p>“I am very happy for the opportunity to lead I-Tech in its next phase of development – to build on the existing business and broaden the company's portfolio with more, high-value specialty chemical solutions – in both marine paint systems and in adjacent application areas.
