Måsøval AS (the "Company") announced on 25 March 2026 that CEO Helge Kvalvik will step down from his position on 30 June 2026. The Company also announced that Lars Måsøval, then chair of the board, had informed the board that he could assume the role of CEO of the Company if required by the board.
The Company announces that Lars Måsøval has been appointed as interim CEO of the Company with effect from 1 July 2026.
Lars Måsøval has extensive experience from the Company and the seafood industry, and has previously served as CEO of Måsøval AS. He will take up the role for an interim period following the resignation of the current CEO, Helge Kvalvik, on 30 June 2026.
The Board has initiated the process of securing a permanent management solution for the Company. Lars Måsøval will serve as interim CEO until a new permanent CEO or another permanent management solution is in place.
