MORELD AS - SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE

Moreld
BlueBay Destra International Event-Driven Credit Fund ("BlueBay Destra") and The
BlueBay Event Driven Credit (Master) Fund Limited ("BlueBay Event") are
investment funds under discretionary investment management of RBC Global Asset
Management (UK) Limited. On 26 March 2026, BlueBay Destra sold 187,262 and
BlueBay Event sold 203,207 shares in Moreld AS (the "Company"). Following the
transactions, when the shares of the two funds are counted together, they owned
a total of 8,608,530 shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.79 % of
the outstanding shares and votes in the Company, thereby falling below the 5 %
disclosure threshold in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2 on an
aggregated basis. Following the transactions, BlueBay Destra beneficially owned
4,856,698 and BlueBay Event beneficially owned 3,751,832 of these shares,
representing approximately 2.7 % and 2.09 %, respectively, of the outstanding
shares and votes in the Company.
The above calculations are based on a total of 179,555,119 issued and
outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company.
