Multiconsult ASA (Oslo: MULTI)
Multiconsult Norge AS has been nominated for a framework agreement with the
Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE) for consultancy services
related to the planning and design of flood and erosion protection measures.

The framework agreement covers multidisciplinary engineering services in
connection with flood and erosion mitigation projects across Norway, including
associated hydrological and river hydraulics analyses. Multiconsult Norge, with
sub-contractors, is one of four engineering consultancy companies that are
nominated for the framework agreement.

The framework agreement has a duration of two years, with options for NVE to
extend the agreement by one year + one year. Work under the framework agreement
may start immediately. The total estimated value of the framework agreements is
up to NOK 300 million (excluding VAT) over four years, shared between the
selected suppliers. The agreement does not entail any minimum purchase
obligation for NVE.

Call-offs under the framework agreement will be made in writing. Assignments
with an estimated value below NOK 2.5 million (excluding VAT) may be awarded
directly. Assignments exceeding NOK 2.5 million (excluding VAT) will be subject
to mini competitions among the framework suppliers.

"We look forward to supporting NVE in delivering robust and sustainable
solutions that contribute to reducing flood and erosion risk nationwide. This is
an area where Multiconsult has significant competence, and employees from
several of our regional offices will contribute with their expertise." says
Therese Bodding Sæthre, Director Geo, Water & Environment at Multiconsult.

The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid), which expires
on 9 March 2026.
