COPENHAGEN, Denmark, April 14, 2023 - Napatech (OSE: "NAPA") announced today
that the capital increase from the private placement (see Company Announcement
dated February 17, 2023) has now been registered with the Danish Business
Authority.
The previously announced private placement has closed, and the capital increase
from the private placement of nom. DKK 1,550,184.50 shares (in total 6,200,738
shares), each with a par value of DKK 0.25, have been registered.
Following the capital increase, Napatech has a registered nominal share capital
of DKK 22,323,989.00 divided into 89,295,956 shares of DKK 0.25 each, all
validly and legally issued and fully paid up.
The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with existing Napatech
shares.
The expected date of admission for trading and the official listing of the new
shares is April 17, 2023. The new shares will be admitted to trading and
official listing under the existing ISIN securities identification code for
Napatech's shares.
