<div class="abstract"><p>NCC has signed an agreement for the construction of Park Central. This project comprises a station and office building totaling approximately 40,000 square meters and is to be constructed directly adjacent to Gothenburg Central Station and the West Link (Västlänken) Centralen station.</p></div><p>Park Central is the first phase of Jernhusen's major urban development project next to Gothenburg's central station where new public transport hubs, the West Link Centralen station and new city neighborhoods are planned to be built. Park Central comprises approximately 40,000 square meters.</p><p>In December 2021&nbsp;(<a href="https://www.ncc.com/media/pressrelease/2021/cab731bcd72445c9/">https://www.ncc.com/media/pressrelease/2021/cab731bcd72445c9/</a>), NCC (Property Development) and Jernhusen entered into an agreement to develop Park Central as a joint venture. NCC will receive its portion of the shares in the joint venture company in 2023. The construction contract for Park Central has now been signed, and construction will commence at the end of 2023/beginning of 2024 and is expected to be completed at the beginning of 2027.</p><p>The transaction is a turnkey contract and will be registered in the NCC Building Sweden business area in the fourth quarter 2022.</p>
