<div class="abstract">The environmental technology company Nederman has acquired the Swiss company MBE AG, strengthening the Monitoring &amp; Control Technology (M&amp;CT) division, and its emissions monitoring specialist company Gasmet's presence and sales in Switzerland and Europe.</div>MBE has for more than 35 years been selling gas measuring instruments, and services around gas detection technology and continuous monitoring of liquid processes to the Swiss market. Their range includes gas measurement technologies for a wide variety of applications, from gas sampling and specific gas treatment to suitable gas measurement instruments. With their knowledge, market presence and customer base they have built a strong brand and market position. MBE has been an important distributer to Gasmet for many years and with the acquisition, Nederman's Monitoring &amp; Control Technology division, and Gasmet establish direct sales and facilitate future growth in Switzerland.The acquisition price on a cash and debt free basis amounts to approximately CHF 2 million and is funded by cash and existing bank facilities. The turnover and profitability of MBE AG are not currently material for the Nederman group."We continue to develop and strengthen our abilities to deliver technology and solutions within monitoring and control of gases.
