In parallel, Alphayate has been appointed dealer for boats under the Flipper brand in Portugal.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Nautica Mengual is headquartered in Teulada, south of Valencia, Spain, and has been operating commercially in the boat industry since 1987. Nautica Mengual will initially sell Flipper and Bella-branded boats.</p><p>Alphayate is headquartered in Setùbal, south of Lisbon, Portugal, and has been operating commercially in the boat industry since 2000. The company will be the first dealer for boats under the Flipper brand in the Portuguese market.</p><p>Nimbus Group has a defined growth strategy aimed at leveraging the opportunities generated by the growing global interest in powerboats and marine recreational activities.
