(the "Company") on 7 December 2023 regarding the launch of a mandatory offer in the Company (the "Mandatory Offer"). In said announcement, it was stated that Hemen Holding Limited aims to delist the Company's shares from Oslo Børs upon completion of the Mandatory Offer. The Company hereby advises that a Special General Meeting of the Company will be held on 9 January 2024 to consider and approve the delisting of the Company's shares from Oslo Børs. The record date for voting at the Special General Meeting is set to 12 December 2023.
