Thule hereby announces that the nomination committee has been appointed ahead of the Annual General Meeting in 2027.
In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting, Thule Group´s nomination committee shall consist of the four largest shareholders as of August 31 each year, who wish to participate in the Nomination Committee, and the Chairman of the Board. The Chairman also convenes the first meeting of the Nomination Committee.
The four largest shareholders of Thule that have agreed to participate in the Nomination Committee, have appointed the following members:
Patricia Hedelius, appointed by AMF Tjänstepension and AMF Fonder
Helen Fasth Gillstedt, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder
Carina Silberg, appointed by Alecta
Thomas Ehlin, appointed by Fjärde AP-fonden
Hans Eckerström, Chair of the Board, Thule Group AB
Thule’s Annual General Meeting 2027 will be held in Malmö, Sweden, May 12, 2027.
