The Nomination Committee also proposes that Per Norman is re-elected as Chairman of the Board. John Elvesjö has declined re-election, and the Nomination Committee therefore proposes election of Mårten Skogö as a new member of the Board of Directors.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Mårten Skogö co-founded Tobii together with John Elvesjö and Henrik Eskilsson and is one of the larger shareholders in the company.
