NorAm Drilling AS has today received a trade notification that Marius W.
Rønnevik (through Koffardi AS), member of the Company's board of directors, has
on 9 October 2026 acquired a total of 4,000 shares in NorAm Drilling AS at a
price of NOK 46.35 per share. Following the transaction, Marius W. Rønnevik
through Koffardi AS holds a total of 4,000 shares in the Company.
The notification concerning acquisition of shares is attached hereto.
