Averøy, Norway, 8 October 2026

Nordic Halibut AS ("NOHAL" or "the Company") continued its positive operational
development in the third quarter of 2026, with significantly higher harvest and
sales volumes, stable pricing and strong biomass growth.

The Company reports an average sales price of 171 NOK/kg fresh HOG in Q3 2026,
compared to 170 NOK/kg recorded in the same period of the previous year.

A total of 276 tonnes HOG were harvested during the quarter, compared with 152
tonnes in Q3 2025. The average harvest weight was 5.1 kg HOG, compared with 5.2
kg HOG in Q3 2025.

Sales revenue for Q3 2026 amounted to NOK 37,5 million, based on a total sales
volume of 220 tonnes, compared to 142 tonnes in Q3 2025. The sales in the period
consist of 153 tonnes fresh HOG and 67 tonnes of frozen HOG.

Biomass increased by 15.6% in Q3 2026 from the previous quarter. Including
harvested biomass, total sea-based production for the quarter reflects a 23.6%
growth in biomass. Fish performance remained in line with expectations, with
good growth and survival rates during the quarter. Quarter-end standing biomass
at sea totalled 4,421 tonnes.

Construction of the Torjulvågen facility progressed as planned, and the first
fish were introduced to the facility in July 2026. The facility remains on track
to become fully operational by 2027 and will play a key role in supporting the
Company's scale-up strategy, targeting annual production of 10,350 tonnes by
2031.

The complete report for Q3 2026 will be published on 19 November 2026.
