to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Monday 9 February 2026
at 15:00 CET. The general meeting will be held as a virtual meeting, where
shareholders will be able to participate electronically via PC, phone or tablet.
The notice of the extraordinary general meeting (in Norwegian and English) is
attached hereto, together with the board's proposed resolutions, a statement
from the Company's auditor in connection with the proposed capital reduction, a
proxy form and online participation guide.
