NORD.investments A/S (hereinafter referred to as ”NORD.investments”) convenes for an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday the 3rd of August 2022, 7:30 AM at the address of the Company: Copenhagen Fintech Lab, Applebys Plads 7, 2. sal, 1411 Copenhagen K. Shareholders of NORD.investments who wish to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting, must register at www.nord.investments/investor.
The Extraordinary General Meeting is part of the process whereby NORD.investments will be granted license to operate as investment firm (in Danish: “fondsmæglerselskab”) by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. More information about the license can be found in NORD.investments’ company announcement no. 17 of 28th of June 2022.
