Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by NRC Group ASA (the
"Company") on 8 November 2024
regarding the final result of a subsequent offering of 20,000,000 new shares
(the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per share (the
"Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the Offer Shares has
now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The
Company's new registered share capital is NOK 172,954,549 divided on 172,954,549
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
The Offer Shares are tradable on Euronext Oslo Børs from the time of publication
of this stock exchange announcement.
