OEM International has completed the acquisition of Multicomponent Norden AB. In December 2025, OEM International signed a binding agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Multicomponent Norden AB. The Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products (ISP) has now approved the acquisition of the business without conditions, and the transaction has subsequently been finalized.
The business will be included in the OEM Group’s financial statements as of 16 February 2026.
