oodash Group AB (publ) signs a customer agreement regarding AI-based OCR API
oodash Group AB (publ) ("oodash" or the "Company") has signed a customer agreement with HMM Deutschland GmbH (“HMM Deutschland”) regarding the Company's AI-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) API (“ooda.ai DocVision”) at a fixed fee for each document processed. The agreement does not specify volumes - the Company is entitled to compensation according to a pay-as-you-go model, based on the number of documents processed through ooda.ai DocVision on a monthly basis. The agreement is initially valid for 12 months and is then extended by 12 months at a time. HMM Deutschland is a leading player in digital healthcare solutions in Germany for health insurance companies.
The Company has signed an agreement with HMM Deutschland regarding AI computing through the company's own developed compute network and an API developed by the company - ooda.ai DocVision - which converts documents into structured data through the company's own decentralized AI compute network. The agreement was signed on 18 december 2024.
HMM Germany GmbH is a leading player in Germany in digital healthcare solutions that, through the platforms ZHP.X3 and LEOS, manages electronic processes for over 25 million insured people, in cooperation with 40 health insurance companies and 30,000 suppliers, the company manages a GMV of more than 3.2 billion euros annually.
