<div class="abstract">In its notification of 15 September 2022, it was announced that Orkla has entered into an agreement to purchase 74% of the shares in Da Grasso, one of the leading pizza franchise chains in Poland.</div>The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and has now been completed.
