<div class="abstract">Peab has been commissioned to build three rental apartment buildings in Tampere. The customer is Tampereen Vuokra-asunnot Oy (TVA) and the contract is worth EUR 24 million.</div>The project comprises building three apartment buildings with four to six floors and a total of 215 apartments. Two of the buildings will have basements."We're very proud to deliver this large and for us and Tampere important housing project to TVA in the current market. We've started up preparations in a good atmosphere of collaboration and look forward to getting the construction phase going," says Matti Joensuu, Region Manager Peab."We're pleased with the progress in the Hipposkylä project and development in the area. The project is the largest in TVA's history.
