<div class="abstract">The Board of Directors of Peptonic Medical AB (publ.) ("Peptonic" or the "Company") has decided to postpone the publication of its interim report for the first quarter of 2025. The interim report will be published on May 28, 2025, instead of the previously communicated date of May 7, 2025. </div>The reason is that the Company needs additional time to complete the report, taking into account the ongoing corporate restructuring. Peptonic is working purposefully to strengthen the company's financial position. The interim report will provide an update on developments during the period, including progress in the restructuring and measures implemented to create a long-term sustainable and profitable business. The company is also postponing the Annual General Meeting and Annual report for the same reason.
