The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 1,933.20 through issuance of 48,330 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.04. The new share capital is thus NOK 2,648,461.92 divided by 66,211,548 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.04.
