Postponed annual report

ORTELIUS International AB (publ) (“ORTELIUS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: ORTIN) today announces that the Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to postpone the publication of the Annual report 2025 since the audit not yet has been finalised.

The publication of the annual report will be moved from June 8 to June 12.
