Bergen, Norway - 16 May 2023. Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcements by Proximar Seafood AS ("Proximar" or the "Company") on 28 April
2023 and 2 May 2023 regarding share lending agreements enabling the Company to
promptly deliver existing shares to new investors.
The Company announced 28 April 2023 a successfully placed private placement.
Following the increased share capital registered 13 May 2023 and 15 May 2023,
the Company redelivers to Grieg Kapital AS 2,016,385 shares and Daimyo Invest AS
2,278,745 shares.
