Pryme
Rotterdam, 4 November 2024

The supervisory board of directors of Pryme N.V. ("Pryme" or the "Company")
appoints Mrs. Marieke Bleyenbergh as interim Chief Executive Officer of Pryme
N.V., effective 4 November 2024.

This follows the resignation of the previous CEO, Mr. Christopher Hervé, as
announced on 20 March 2024 and a transition period as announced on 5 July 2024.

Marieke joins Pryme with more than 25 years of international experience from the
petrochemicals, specialty chemicals and refining industries. Her extensive

Pryme to the next level. She has worked with Shell and AkzoNobel in a variety of
operational, business and functional roles.

Marieke holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from Eindhoven
University of Technology in the Netherlands.

Henning Jensen, chairman of the supervisory board of Pryme said: "I am very
pleased to welcome Marieke on board and I am confident that she will provide the
leadership Pryme needs to ramp up production from Pryme One, our first plant,
and further mature our plans for growth. She will be supported by a skilled and
highly motivated team.".

The Company intends to appoint a CEO on a permanent basis in due course.
