<div class="abstract">Q-Free ASA has granted a total of 1,350,000 share options to members of the executive management, in a five-year share option program.</div>EVP Tolling, Fredrik Nordh, has been granted:-200,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62 -150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87 -150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55EVP Traffic Management, Daniel Skiffington, has been granted:-200,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62 -150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87 -150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55EVP Sustainability, People and Brand, Hege Sand, has been granted:-150,000 share options with a strike of NOK 5.62 -100,000 share options with a strike of NOK 7.87 -100,000 share options with a strike of NOK 9.55The share options will be vested during the next three years and can be exercised from 26 April 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively.
