<p>Stockholm, Sweden, 10 March 2022</p><p>In accordance with the Company's core values, revolving around freedom of choice, respect and adherence to the UN's charter of Human Rights, Ranplan Group's Board of Directors has resolved to pause its business activities in Russia until further notice. The Board of Directors sincerely hopes that a peaceful resolution to the alarming situation can be accomplished as soon as possible, in the case of which Ranplan Group stands prepared to resume commercial relationships with all existing and prospective customers in this part of the world. Russia represented less than one percent (1%) of Ranplan Group's total income in 2021.</p>
